                  It's Rita, your Managing Partner, and I want to share a genuinely heartfelt note with all of you at The Cottages at Flat Run.  You chose this community as the place to write your next chapter, and every day, you make it feel like home—a place defined by warmth, camaraderie, and joy.

When I walk the scenic lake paths or see groups gathering at the gazebo, I’m reminded that we are more than just a collection of 25 beautiful single-family homes; we are a vibrant, supportive family. This community was designed to remove the burdens of exterior chores and yard work so you can fully embrace maintenance-free living. That independence is precious, but what truly distinguishes The Cottages is the freedom you've found to connect, pursue new hobbies in the Wellness Center or Gardening Spaces, and simply live life on your own terms.

Know that my team and I are dedicated to ensuring your comfort, from coordinating the shuttle service to providing access to services like meal delivery and aquatic therapy.
